Glorious

It was a stunning morning for a run around the hills behind Stobo. Then it was kettlercise (harder than the usual kettle bells class - there aren’t any breaks!) and a swim.

By the time I got home the weather had turned so I snuck up to bed with my book for a couple of hours while S was out brewing beer with some of the other NMB boys.
