Lesson for the day

When arriving at your desk don't pick the phone up from "The Club" at the morning accepting the offer of taking a space on a spinning class that evening.

All I can say is I am in agony. An experience I'll say!

My only consolation for today is a Tunnock's Caramel Wafer
