Yellow Headed Caracara

After a three-hour bus ride, we arrived in the Pacific Coastal lowlands of Costa Rica.  We went from very cold temperatures to incredibly hot. After settling into our rooms (where we have A.C. Yay!), we took a boat ride on the Tarcoles River where we saw more amazing wildlife.  It was once again very hard to pick a blip and I have only barely begun to review today's photos.  


When we got back to the hotel, very hot and tired,  it was dark and the power was off which presented quite a challenge for a couple of hours...So much for the air-conditioning.  It is all resolved now and feels quite heavenly.
