Walked the beach between the groynes which provide for safe swimming and enough wave action for those body boarding or surfing.
A tad cold for me (who likes her oceans tropical in heat!) but after lolling with a book T and I headed off to 'Clancy's' for an ocean fresh lunch.

Yes we had sandy feet (extra) and for those who are reading thongs and thinking slivers of underwear, a thong in Aus refers to footwear known elsewhere as flipflops or even chuckles!
