My best friend Ray and I joined the Army on the same day and were dined out on the same day. Between us we have 52 years of service in Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Iraq and Afghanistan and a total of nine medals.
Today we took part in the Remembrance Sunday parade along Whitehall.
