Thank you
For giving your tomorrow’s so we could have our today’s.
We have a few Commonwealth War Graves in ‘our grounds’. I had a wander this morning and chose to blip the grave of H H Spinks who died on 29th April 1918, aged 22. The poppy and cornflower (with mum in the background) were taken in 2015 when we visited Essex Farm Cemetery in Belgium, where John McCrae wrote In Flanders Fields.
I planted a few bulbs in the wild garden.
(I’ve been a very poor blipper friend, many apologies. I hope to catch up with you all and a big thank you for popping by).
