Crofton Lake near Carlisle

We stopped the car at Crofton Lake this morning on our way to Gretna...

The whole circuit around the lake is just over half a mile...It is really delightful!

So peaceful too...just a few people fishing for Roach, Rudd, Gudgeon, Tench, Bream, Perch or Carp...
