Sunrise

Yesterday was such a wet and miserable day that I did hardly anything - not even take any photos.  I did make a sort of traybake version of a Bakewell tart for the cafe in the village hall today though, and it was well received, along with Bodkin's sticky date and walnut sticky cake, which was delicious.

It was really pleasing to see so many new, young, and not so young, craft producers at the sale, selling lots of different things rather than the traditional things that are usually there.  Nice to see the  baton being passed to the next generation!
