Birthday girl

Breagh is 8 years old today. As I treat I took her Pip and Dris for a walk to the beach. They had a great time. Hilarious picture of Dris in the extras. After my sister and I went to a holistic event at her local leisure centre. Lots of lovely things we both got a short reiki treatment each and I had a health kinesiology session. It was interesting and a little hard.
