The Last Post

On this the hundredth anniversary of Armistice Day, we took a walk in glorious autumn sunshine to our local Remembrance Day commemoration.  As the bugler finished playing the last post the crowd fell silent for two minutes and our thoughts went out to those that gave their lives so that we may enjoy peace in our time.
