Unusual light and viewpoints

In search of inspiration for today's blip, I decided to take a few photographs in the unusual autumn light from slightly unusual viewpoints.
The main shot here is of the round turret on the top right corner of the Crown Hotel. 
I have never noticed this feature before, but often we don't tend to notice things above street level. 

The second image is a long shot towards Cambridge Crescent from just above the Crown roundabout.
