Not forgetting

Yesterday I showed photos of the display at St Mark's church, Natland. Today my own (new) parish church of St. Thomas at Crosscrake.  I am sure that practically every church in the land will have housed some sort of display of memorabilia, demonstrating that the lives taken in the wars have not been forgotten.  Indeed it was a full day of remembrance: the local war memorial in the morning, the cenotaph on telly, and this parish hosted one of the many beacons that were lit throughout the land, at seven o'clock, as a special act of remembrance.
