New Phone

For the most part of the day we were buying and then setting up Glyn's new phone, he has agonised over having an iPhone for weeks, today he took the plunge, he was very attached to his old mobile so this was a major thing for Glyn to do, we decided to change our internet provider too for a bigger company who were offering a better bundle than we had, once we got home and looked at the 3 easy steps indicated on the box to set up the new modem and the phone, easy peasy 'or so we thought'  5 hours later we made the call to the tech gurus who know about these little glitches that happen when everything gets thrown into a spin, an hour later we were well on our way to getting back our email address, then the iPad, laptops, and the new phone were all set, a technician with call in the few days to set up our land line.
What a day! our heads are like spinning tops!
