A precious Chickadee

Our Massachusetts State Bird, the Black Capped Chickadee has a cheery and  song. We have them all year round in our garden, but they spend their summer months in the woods as well. I was filling and organizing the bird feeders this afternoon and they were singing and flying all around me.They are very fond of sunflower seeds and never shy.

For the Record,
This day came in sunny and cool. It looks like a rainy week with an icy mix on Thursday.
