Home again

I had a great physio session this morning when I could do all that was asked of me. Margret collected me and drove me carefully home, by which time my knee was swollen and in a vice.

Mum and I are trying not to trip over each other - quite literally! We have agreed to give ourselves 48 hours to readjust. I can’t straight leg raise tonight, but tomorrow is another day! I need to take enough painkillers to allow me to move.

Major adjustments are required by all participants, not least by Oscar and Daisy!
