At Last

It was a thrill to find the first flower on one of three orchids given to me by a friend so many years ago neither of us can remember exactly when.  It hasn't flowered before and I was beginning to think it never would.  The plant behind it has produced nothing but leaves. This side of the verandah faces east and gets the morning sun - it's Bella's favourite outside sleeping spot.
