Steam punk......

.....dug out this morning, a contraption that I bought about a decade ago (it was an emergency/impulse buy with a time-and-store-sensitive Xmas bonus voucher from Northumbria Uni when I was still gainfully employed, so a use-it-or-lose-it scenario) that I've never used in anger (evidence :: that intact plastic tie thingy on the handle).....to be honest I'd forgotten all about it, but it might just turn out useful over the next few weeks/months during the ongoing 'house renovations'. There was no sign of a users manual in the bag but luckily I've found one online (very!) deep in the manufacturers archive section ;-) Haven't quite dared to test it out yet though.....er, maybe I'll wait until there's a 'responsible adult' present.........
