I went with my three  ex WRAC Provost ladies to the Tower of London in the hopes of seeing the lighting of the candles in the moat. The crowds were phenomenal ! We were directed down towards the river, although there were people queuing round the barriers. to get a viewing point. We finished up doing an about turn and getting away from there as we just did not feel comfortable in the crowds.

 Finished up outside Westminster Abbey, where there was tight security, as the Queen was there for the evening Remembrance Service. So ended a very busy, but poignant day, which had started with the march past the Cenotaph. We Will Remember Them
