Using His Head

Blip of a railway porter using his head and carrying my case - the yellow one with another - onto the overnight sleeper train from Delhi to Jodhpur

Quite an experience - the sleeping carriage within which R and I had tickets consisted of some 60 bunk beds - with no privacy between them - everybody kept their clothes on - some folk were more agile than others when it came to climbing into their bunks - some three high - discovered myself it’s no easy job to climb to a second bunk - make your bed - then lie on it

Traffic at Jodhpur was somewhat quieter than Delhi - but still managed to see gridlock caused by camels and cattle in the road - but did visit Mehrangarth Fort - a Unesco Site - Sardcer Market - hopefully in extras - and have curry for tea

Sleeping arrangements much more amenable this evening - have got a room with a four poster bed!
