At a first glance, you might think that this blip shows the lobby of a busy Manhattan 1930's hotel. Just look at all the marble, the lovely lights and the heavy brass doors.

In fact, what you are looking at is the entrance of a Glasgow City Council building in John Street in Glasgow.

I visited today for a meeting - I was really amazed at the magnificence of the building. Glasgow really is a beautiful city in terms of its architecture.
