Christmas Comes Early

Coco got her first Christmas present today - a rug, I know, we're too good to her! When she came to live with us there was a rug in this room but she didn't seem to think much of it and chewed the corners. I've now managed to have a door mat for at least 6 months so decided we could take a chance with a new rug. As we thought, this was a big hit, she no longer has to use the door mat to stretch or sit down for a scratch - I think the floor was too slippy. Hopefully she will see the advantages to the new floor covering and refrain from chewing. Josh is quite pleased too, it's getting a little cold for him sitting watching TV on the cold floor! Ky would like me to point out that we do have a sofa that Josh is quite welcome to use but like most small boys he does like to lie on the floor! Young girls really shouldn't read over their mothers shoulder!
