Interesting location

Back to the hospital today. The diagnosis is that my knee is showing signs of wear and tear but no major damage. I can continue my gradual recovery to running.

This afternoon I had to travel to an event. It was not the most enticing venue I have visited and the traffic home was shocking.

I did get to catch up on several podcasts though. Grateful for our NHS as I’ve read so much about the unaffordable cost of healthcare since being part of the blip community. On that note, I am grateful too for all things Blip and for all of the communities that I part of.
