I’ve added a painterly effect to provide some zing to a scene under a sunny and cloudless sky.

This is a popular area of the Motueka Beach. The seat overlooks the channel and entrance to the Moutere Estuary and Motueka Wharf. To the left the shoreline leads to the saltwater baths. Behind is a view of the Mount Arthur Range which is often covered in snow during the winter - and where the sun sets at the end of every day!

Thank you everyone for the comments, stars and hearts for Monday’s mono blip. I love using the sunlight when it is low in the sky and it creates dark shadows as a backdrop while highlighting the chosen subject.
