A lovely day and a good day at work too!

I love my Galileo thermometer but I do find it difficult to photograph. I've tried it with a polarising filter to cut down glare, and without. I've tried it with a starburst filter, then without the UV, hoping for purer starbursts without a double ray.

No noticeable change in the two sets of comparisons

So, in the end, the shot I liked best was with the UV left on and the starburst to add a bit of cheeriness!
