Veil of Gold

What  beautiful sight in our back garden yesterday as the setting sun caught the last of the golden birch tree leaves.
Had a lovely day joining the pre-school children for a woodland play session.  I always enjoy getting to know new woodlands through nature play.  After so many years doing nature play with different groups I am familiar with woodlands across the city, and east and mid Lothian.
