your bell. These are familiar lyrics from an advert promoting the postcode lottery. Madam was calling on Carol and waiting for the door to open. It was a bit early in the day but I am sure Carol would have been very happy had it been a caller from the Postcode lottery group. Of course Carol would have been thrilled to see madam too.
