Wednesday

I did my first exercises before 0800 today. I think I’m doing OK although it would be nice to have reassurance.

Ann, see Blip, came to visit this morning. We usually walk together on Wednesdays. She has a plumbing problem and was off to buy the pipe needed to fix it. It was lovely to see her.

Annette and Sarah came to clean and brought lots of good humour and banter. A made my lunch and sat Mum down to drink tea.

This afternoon Margret came and she picked up a prescription for me.

Then Margaret E arrived and we fixed up lifts for next week.

After my next exercises I will be ready to do nothing all evening!
