Ditch Daisies

With the year so far advanced we haven't one single flower left in the gardens but outside in the snow ditch between our front fence and the road I found a few remaining daisies. Just picked two and left the rest to Mother Nature to care for.
For those who do not live in these Northern parts, many roads, including ours, have a ditch or gully running alongside so that when the snow ploughs come through in the bad weather, the ploughed snow swooshes into the ditches where it remains until the big melt eventually arrives.
