War Memorial Month - Day 13
Laindon.
The memorial carries no names. The dead of Laindon from WW1 are commemorated in nearby St Mary's and St. Nicholas' churches.
The memorial is not situated where it was originally erected. It seems that, with the imminent demolition of Laindon Centre that it will have to be moved again.
