The comfort of books
Oldham today, a 5.30am start and 9.30pm finish. No matter how good the day that's just too long to be at work.
My reason for doing blip is to bring a small slice of creativity to days like these, But I forgot to get an Oldham blip.
So I thought I'd capture an image to explain my blip name.
King Solomans mines was the first proper book I read, addicted as I was at the time to a series of game play books, dungeons and dragons, a teacher suggested this as a book I might like. It opened a new worlds and I think helped change the direction of my life. A star called David by Roddy Doyle is just a great read and finished off the moniker.
