Vehement customer feedback

It is not always easy to read between the lines but it would seem that Jim was less than satisfied with the efficiency of the hypnotherapy course he took in an effort to quit smoking. 
I can picture him scratching "bullshit" across the sticker with a vengeful car key between two rage-filled drags on his Marlboro Light. 
It's a pity he did not leave his mobile number. I know a guy who has put together an impressive programme of anger management through homeopathy. 
Jim would be the ideal candidate.
