Part of the reason for being up here is that I have work in Carlisle tomorrow, so I’m closer to there than I would be in Liverpool. I also needed a day to prep it. Realised on the way up I’d not got a highlighter with me (can’t work without one). These were the best I could manage in the complete balls that is WH Smith on the way up.

Lashing with rain all day. Fine by me. Meant I wasn’t distracted by the pub.

WhatsApp pings from others are a different story. Just because I’m working from home does not mean I’m having a day off.
