Fallen from Santa’s Sleigh?

At South Mimms Services a bunch of dodgy looking blokes were throwing together Christmas trees and shoving them around the restaurant with a curious lack of interest or attention to detail ...after watching their antics for some time I discovered a load of film crews assembling outside so I’m hoping they were props and not the actual installation of Welcome Break’s attempt at Christmas joy!
