Lining up for landing
I was delighted to catch this fuzzy carpenter bee zeroing in on a flower, tho not the best focus. It never stayed long and seemed not to aim for the throat of the flower. They have the most beautiful iridescent wings.
Noticed the mileage markers on the roads have already been repainted bright and clear for the marathon, to be held the second Sunday in December.
