Owen, Johnny, and Hamish are all working in the flat today. All goes well until they start on the back bedroom. There’s water, probably a leak, that had gone undetected by two surveys. I predict extra expenses.

On the way home I collect yet another fridge from Alan’s yard, where the nice Ao people delivered it yesterday. Hopefully that’s the end of the refrigeration saga for now.
