What did you learn in School today

An old Pete Seeger song. You probably remember it. I joined a lecture this morning by the Harvard researcher and writer Yascha Mounk talking about " A democracy that crumbles". I also joined the following discussion. To answer the song of Pete Seeger, I didn`t learn anything. I am aware of the ongoing changes and the damaging rhetoric carried out by some political leaders around. Still I very much believe our democracy is strong enough to stand against and survive. Tonight out for the yearly "lutefisk" party, a dried codfish prepared in a potash lye. To it some other ingredients, beer and aquavit. Hope Mrs B will pick me up. Wish you a nice evening.
