Ventose garage boxes

During the much-visited Glow Eindhoven 2018 I found this quiet street with garages in an old authentic style of warehouses that were built along the quays of the Dutch rivers in the VOC era.
These are on the Ventoselaan in Eindhoven.

More than 135 years ago, in 1875 the first part of the cigar factory F. van Gardinge & Comp was realized. After expansions at the beginning of the last century, the cigar factory went bankrupt in 1923. The Ventose operating company from Amsterdam bought the building and had it converted into an apartment complex. The façade, foundation, factory floor and steel skeleton of 1898 are included in the current building.
