Rest in Peace...

So, this morning my nanny....my dads mum passed away peacefully....
My nanny, the lady who taught me so much, the most incredible lady I have ever had the privilege to know...

Nanny was 104 ....born in 1908, she had been through so so much, lived through 2 world wars, brought up 6 children, laid her husband to rest 56 years ago, and one of her sons 3 years ago....she was a maths teacher and remained sharp as a pin till the very end!!!
Nanny eventually moved into a care home when she was 101, after living by herself in a 2 storey house right up until then.
She was an incredible lady, and my icon....

Nanny, rest in peace, I will miss you every single day.....you will be forever in my thoughts and dreams, and will be with me every day....As my guardian angel......
