You've met this pal before, some time ago now. He's been travelling the world, visiting organic wine producers in New Zealand and Australia, studying wine and as he says " I'm now on the 4th rung of the wine ladder ".
Tom was managing the organic stall on the market this morning and happily agreed to a photo and chat.
