Jupiter rising

Blip land UK seems to have a fascination with the moon today with pictures popping up all over the place. I suspect that, like myself, many have been fascinated by its bright neighbour in the night sky. With a bit of digging on the web I have discovered that this is Jupiter and if you look closely/large you can see three of its four moons.

So while technically this is not the best of shots (moon overexposed and reflection glare, heavy crop) as only one to clearly show the moons it had to be my post for today.
