New course

Tomorrow the WEA is having an event to publicise our literature class as we don’t have enough people for it to run next term. The topic is espionage. I haven’t read this since I was at school. This copy must have been one I got then as it was 3/6 and published in 1962.
It’s so funny. I’m collecting favourite lines. “He had an easy rapid insolence you had no time to resent before he had given fresh cause for annoyance”. Oh I know people like that.
