Abstract Thursday - Tapestry

This is literally a section of a tapestry I embroidered many years ago of a Charles Rennie Mackintosh design. He gets the credit for the abstract part of the challenge! The finished article was supposed to be a cushion cover, but I chose instead to frame it.

I've had a lovely lunch and catch-up in The Clachan with former colleagues, Alison and Marie, and Alison's sister, Marion, who is visiting from South Africa. 

Off out again tonight for our third and final joint choir practice, this time in unknown territory - Falkirk - so it'll be another late night.
