And we're home!!!

"If there's no problem in the next 24 hours you can take him home if you want to."

That's what the surgeon said just after he took out Owen's TAT tube yesterday. At the time we both thought maybe we'd be better playing safe and staying another day to make sure. But we both woke up this morning and thought, let's just go for it.

So brief chat with the surgeon, a bit of packing, a lot of car tetris, a lot of waiting around for a prescription, big thank yous to everyone and we were off home.
