Triple shot

One of my favorite vices...Starbucks 3NL (Triple shot non-fat latte), iced. Okay, caffeine. Good tasting caffeine though. It can get me thru the day even when I think I have nothing left to give.
I can have the worst 'brain fog' and one of these drinks can transform me into a focused and determined (even happier) person. Caffeine is used to increase physical performance all the time but it also definitely helps improve your mental performance.
Supposedly there is a real art to pulling a perfect shot of espresso. You have to make sure that the espresso grounds are packed to just the right firmness, that the right amount of water filters through etc.
I know I'm not alone on this since Starbucks seem to be popping up everywhere!
