Third time....

....was not a charm! The Packers started out hot, but ended up losing to the Seahawks! Disappointing, but we sure had a fun time at the game! This morning we did lots of walking again, going through the Pike Place Market, which had everything from buskers to t-shirts to flowers to a talking fish to the biggest crabs I’ve ever seen, not to mention all the shops on the lower levels. We strolled over to the “gum wall”—I mean, how could you come to Seattle without wanting to see walls covered in chewed gum—& we ended up having a good laugh, as we came across two Packer fans that were putting up Aaron Rogers’ name on the wall in green gum! We went through the aquarium after that, then walked around the waterfront before heading back to the hotel for the pre-game “tail gate” party—free food and drinks, so I broke down and actually had a beer! :))
