Good physio meeting. I now know I can expect pain to subside in six weeks (ish) and that I have more movement in my shoulder than average eight weeks after this break.

Finished The Crossing by Andrew Miller this afternoon.Thanks to SK for mentioning AM when she was reading him, recently. What a fine book. A book that takes the conventions/realisms of mothering and caring  and relationships and pairs it with sailing and the need to find your own way in life. Read it.
