The Dandelion King

Rumi looked so cute in the dandelions today whilst we waited for the car to get checked.

Got through the whole day today without having to go to bed...happy about that.

I took a friend to the Swamp today.....the little ducklings have grown up and there were so many of them.
I found out that this body of water is not a 'Swamp' but a Billabong........there is a Swamp a few klms away....(I have blipped it before).

I loved this from the Dalai Lama....apparently this was his answer when asked what surprised him most about humanity.

'Man surprised me most about humanity.
Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money.
Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health.
And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived.'
