McDonalds Christmas Miracle

After eating a box of 20 McNuggets Bob threw aside his crutch and was miraculously cured. He could walk once more.
Either that or he collapsed when had a saturated fat heart attack & the paramedics left the crutch behind when they took him to A&E.
My money is on the latter.
