Chatting over coffee

Well, babycino in his case..

A brilliant if busy day. Up very early as always with Fred.
Took him to kindergarten by myself. Met his mum for a mooch round the shops before she went off to do her own thing.
I collected him from kindergarten, walked a long way with him in the buggy in the hope of him having a nap but he wasn't keen on that idea. Gave up on that and got the bus back and went to a cafe - his idea.
Then home to play and video call his favorite auntie. Dinner then out again back to kindergarten, with his mum this time, for their lantern ceremony, which kicks off all the Christmas celebrations.
Back to the house and for the first time since he was born his mum has gone out for the evening, on a date I think, and I was trusted to put Freddie to bed and get him off to sleep. He didn't mind at all and was happy and cooperative and fell asleep half way through the third Winnie the Pooh story.
Nanny win.
