Chaos reigns

Continueing Saga from our local building Site, Rubbish hidden and all prepared for paving, kerbstones in, then along comes someone and discovers that the cable for the Street lights isn't laid,so in comes the mini JCB and digs a trench, according to plan, promptly digs up previously laid rainwater drains, panic, much arm waving etc. Cable now in and Backfilling begins ( Again!!) then it will all be leveled ready for paving, again!! Unless they discover something else has been forgotton. Notice man in Blue jacket, he is a Foreman, his hands go in his pockets in November and rarely emerge again until Spring!
